About the Founder
Applying Global Experience to Small Business
Linda was the national HR manager for global client at EDS and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She worked through crisis management and business recovery during and after 9/11 in New York City.
Linda returned 90% of a long-term unemployed population to the workforce by developing and executing training through a state grant. Later, she launched Today’s Workforce, a Human Resources consulting firm, sharing her expertise with small businesses throughout Pennsylvania.
Linda shares her HR expertise at technical colleges and universities in PA, WV, NJ, and SC. She also managed and taught a global undergraduate curriculum in Organizational Leadership and developed and executed workforce development courses for businesses throughout Pennsylvania.
Linda Klingman earned a Masters’ degree and national certification in Human Resources Management. She served on Boards for the American Society for Training and Development Pittsburgh, Lowcountry Human Resources Association (Past President), and Lowcountry Healthcare Network. She is currently a member of the Education Committee of the Home Builders Association, chairs the Workforce Development Task Force, and is a Board member of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association. She also provides Human Resources seminars to small business owners in the area.
